HACCP         
Το HACCP (αγγ: Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points, μεταφρ: ανάλυση κινδύνου και κρίσιμα σημεία ελέγχου) είναι ένα απλό και αποτελεσματικό σύστημα που έχει ως σκοπό τη διασφάλιση της υγιεινής των τροφίμων, ειδικότερα του τελικού προϊόντος.
